Robert brings a decade of experience organizing his own retreats plus a passion for extraordinary customer service.

Son of Bob & Trish (owners), he jumped on board with the family to help run one of Central Texas’ most unique and inviting countryside retreats.

Summer of 2024 Andy (nephew of Bob & Trish) packed up his truck, loaded in the dog, and relocated from Idaho to Texas to live the ranch life, taking on the role of Ranch Manager and Official Goat Cuddler.

He brings a high standard for guest satisfaction plus a wealth of experience from his time in the Coast Guard where he navigated Arctic waters and piloted 1,000 ton vessels.

Jas grew up in Scotland where his first job was working as a gardener on the estate of Scotland’s oldest inhabited house, a local tourist attraction.  

After retiring from a 20 year detour into the world of US TV and video production, Jas returned to gardening, bringing his wealth of landscape design and maintenance experience to Peaceful Waters.

Bob & Trish have been on a decades-long spiritual journey, both as individuals and as a married couple. Peaceful Waters Retreat is in many ways the culmination of their passion for spiritual growth.

Approaching their late 60’s, they’re extremely active, including wakesurfing, biking, and cross country skiing throughout the year.

They’ve attended various personal growth and spiritual retreats around the country, now putting efforts toward creating the retreat center they always dreamed of to share with the rest of the world.

Therese (daughter of Bob & Trish) brings years of marketing experience, teaming up with the family to create one of Central Texas’ most unique and inviting countryside retreats.
